There goes my Chem.. *speechless. Here come MCB I really don't know what the hell p10 is saying Looking at the 6th P. staring blankly. I was not there for that problem. I don't know anything about IPTG or lacI protein. Permease and allolactose. high and low lactose. ALL i know is, LACTOSE is a sugar which is found most notably in milk. *don't laugh at me. I really don't why those 'bacteria' and cell want to produce or cannot produce lactose. Making things so complicated!!! Y SO DIFFICULT?? omg.. I MUST PASS THIS UT!!! SO i can relax a bit for UT4.. but, what to do... ???? off to pompom and ask my friend to explain. =) [it's getting harder and harder... what can i do or eat to retain all those i have learnt in my brain?] WEN succeeded at 7:52 PM. |
